SSAFE was founded as a Public-Private Partnership with the goal to bring together the private sector with Intergovernmental Organizations, academic institutions and other non-profit organizations to work collaboratively on solving issues that affect the safe supply and trade of food around the world. We are very proud of having built strong, long term partnerships with these organizations and continue to demonstrate that through collaboration the entire food supply chain is safer and stronger.
SSAFE Members are global organizations that grow, produce, manufacture, prepare and sell food across the world. Covering the entire food supply chain helps provide SSAFE with a complete and holistic perspective on the future of food supply. The Board is a diverse group of experts from around the globe with broad and extensive knowledge of food production from farm to fork.
