  • Translation of GFSI Global Markets Program training materials into Chinese
  • HACCP Training
  • Basic Level Global Markets Program training
  • Intermediate Level Global Markets Program training

PARTNERS:

Shanghai Jiao Tong University – Bor S. Luh Food Safety Research Center (SJTU), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)

ENDORSEMENT:

There are few, if any, unbiased third party food safety training programs in China, a country desperately in need of such programs. SSAFE, in cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s. Bor S. Luh Food Safety Research Center, is probably the only successful public-private partnership that provides globally recognized food safety training in China. It can serve as a model not only to other entities in China but also to other countries that have an interests in developing food safety training programs.
